
Who I Am
For over 30 years, I worked inside the Walt Disney Company leading large scale strategic work focused on talent development, and organizational change. But I wasn’t managing what existed, I was building what didn’t.
From launching new approaches to leadership development to designing and scaling Disney Aspire - the company’s groundbreaking education investment program - my work pushed boundaries from the inside out. I led initiatives that were new, complex, and high-stakes, all inside one of the most iconic brands in the world.
Today, I bring that same mindset to help other organizations navigate transformation. As a Senior Advisor with the Aspen Institute’s Upskill America, I work alongside companies across industries to elevate talent, especially frontline workers and their leaders, and to help organizations evolve in ways that are human-centered, systems-smart, and results-driven.
I believe in growth that’s real, not just programs or activity, but change that builds belief, unlocks potential, and sets people and businesses up for what’s next.

My approach brings strategy, leadership, and systems into one conversation: not as separate streams of work, but as interdependent forces that must move together to generate real traction.
Where others may offer programs, I uncover the unseen barriers. Misalignments in structure, ownership, belief, and behavior that stand between your ambition and your outcomes.

Why I Do This Work
I believe people are the untapped edge of business performance, especially those on the front lines.
